Terms of Service

These terms explain the rules for using Free AI Girlfriend (“the site”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Adults only

The site contains sexual content and is only for adults aged 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live, if that is higher). You must confirm your age before chatting. If you are under 18, leave now. See our 18+ notice.

2. What the site is

• The site lets you chat with AI companions. Their replies are generated by AI models, not written by people.
• Every character is fictional and an adult aged 21 or older. Their photos are AI-generated. No real person is depicted, and any resemblance to a real person is unintended.
• AI replies can be wrong, inconsistent or inappropriate. Don't rely on them for advice (medical, legal, financial or otherwise).
• The site is entertainment, not a substitute for real relationships or professional help. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services or a crisis line.

3. Free messages and accounts

You can chat without an account. Free use is limited to 20 messages per day, which reset daily. An optional Premium subscription is described on our Pricing page; payments are not open yet. Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Content rules

Consensual adult roleplay between adults is allowed. You must not use the site to create, request or steer chats toward:

• Anyone under 18, or anyone presented as a minor or child-like, in any sexual or romantic context. This is never allowed, including in “fiction” or “roleplay”.
• Non-consent, sexual violence, incapacitation or coercion.
• Incest or bestiality.
• Real, identifiable people, including celebrities.
• Content that is illegal where you live, or that promotes self-harm, terrorism or real-world violence.

Automated filters check messages and replies. When a message breaks these rules, the character will decline or steer away, and we keep a record of the blocked message (see the Privacy Policy). We may limit or block access for anyone who breaks these rules, and we will report child sexual abuse material or attempts to obtain it to the authorities where the law requires.

5. Your messages

You are responsible for what you send. Don't share sensitive personal information (such as your full name, address, passwords or financial details) in chats. You give us permission to store and process your messages to run the service, keep it safe and improve it.

6. Our content

The site, its design, characters and images belong to us or our licensors. You may use them only to use the site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. No warranty and limits on liability

The site is provided “as is” and may be unavailable, slow or changed at any time. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
