Acceptable Use Policy

Free AI Girlfriend is an adults-only (18+) site for chatting with fictional, AI-generated adult characters (all 21+). Every character, reply and image is AI-generated and does not depict a real person. You must accept this policy and our Terms of Service before your first chat. This policy applies to everything you send and to everything the AI generates.

1. Prohibited content and use

You must not use the site to create, request, steer a chat toward, or share:

• Deepfakes: any deepfake or synthetic sexual content of a real person, including face swaps, “nudify” requests or making a character look like someone real.
• Real-person likeness: any real, identifiable person (celebrities, public figures, your ex, a coworker, a crush, or anyone in a photo), without exception.
• Minors: anyone under 18, or anyone presented as a minor or child-like, including age-play, school or K-12 settings, “barely legal” framing and subjects in diapers.
• Non-consent: rape, coercion, blackmail, drugging, or sexual activity with anyone asleep, unconscious or otherwise unable to consent.
• Incest, including step-family roleplay.
• Watersports (urine) or excrement content.
• Violence: violence, abduction, kidnapping, torture, murder, snuff or “fantasy snuff”.
• Bestiality or animal cruelty.
• Sexual activity under the influence of drugs, alcohol or hypnosis/mind control.
• Prostitution or escorting, or paying for sex, in any scenario.
• Polygamy scenarios.
• Illegal activity: instructions for, or planning of, anything illegal (for example weapons, explosives, drugs, hacking or theft).
• Hate speech: slurs or content attacking people for race, ethnicity, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or similar traits.
• Necrophilia or other content that is illegal where you live.

2. No professional advice

Characters are entertainment and do not give medical, legal, financial, gambling or betting advice. If you ask, they will point you to a qualified professional.

3. How we enforce this

• Automated filters check every message you send and every AI reply. Content that breaks this policy is blocked and the character steers the chat elsewhere.
• Blocked messages are logged and reviewed by a person.
• We may limit, suspend or close access for anyone who breaks this policy, and we report child sexual abuse material, or attempts to obtain it, to the authorities.

4. Reporting

To report content that breaks this policy, or a likeness you believe resembles a real person, email support@freeaigirlfriend.ai. We remove content that violates this policy promptly.
