On freeaigirlfriend.ai you can chat with an AI girlfriend without creating an account: no email, no password, no phone number and no card. This page explains what "no signup" means technically, what we keep and don't keep, and the trade-offs, because chatting as a guest has a few you should know about.

The steps, start to finish

Open any profile on the girls page and tap to chat.
Tick one box confirming you are 18 or older and accept the terms. You only do this once per browser.
Type your first message. That's it.

There is no form to fill in at any point on the free tier. You get 20 messages a day, and the count resets daily.

How it works without an account

When you start chatting, your browser is given a random guest ID. Your conversations are linked to that ID, not to your name or email, because we never ask for either. The daily message count is tracked against the same ID. When you come back on the same browser, your chats are still there and she picks up where you left off, using a running summary of the conversation to remember what you talked about.

What you give up by not signing up

Your chats live on one browser. Switch from your phone to your laptop and you start fresh, because the new browser has a different guest ID.
Clearing site data disconnects you. Private or incognito windows, or clearing cookies and site data, give you a new guest ID. Your old chats are no longer reachable from that browser.
No password recovery. There is nothing to recover. That is the point, but it also means we can't restore a guest conversation to a new device.

For most people trying an AI girlfriend for the first time those trade-offs are fine. If you later want your chats on several devices, an account is the way to do that, and it is optional.

Why some "no signup" sites still ask for things

Plenty of sites advertise an AI girlfriend with no signup, then show a login wall after two or three messages, or let you chat but require an account for anything explicit. When you compare sites, check three things:

How many messages you get before any form appears.
Whether those messages come back, or whether it is a one-time trial.
Whether a card is requested for a "free" trial that renews automatically.

There are ten companions, all fictional AI-generated adults aged 21 or older, each with her own life and texting style: Aurora, Jade, Maya, Sophia and Valentina. They text casually, often in lowercase, the way people actually text. The site is for adults 18 and over only.
