Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Free AI Girlfriend Premium. Free use of the site never costs anything and needs no card.

1. Recurring billing

Premium is a subscription billed at $14.99 per month. It renews automatically every month on the same day until you cancel. The charge on your statement will appear under our payment processor's billing descriptor, which is shown at checkout and in your confirmation email.

2. Cancel anytime

You can cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee, by using the cancel link in your purchase confirmation email, through our payment processor's customer support site, or by emailing support@freeaigirlfriend.ai. After you cancel, you will not be charged again and you keep Premium access until the end of the billing period you already paid for.

3. Refunds

• You can request a refund within 7 days of a charge if you have not used the Premium service in that billing period. Email support@freeaigirlfriend.ai with the email used at checkout and the date of the charge.
• Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
• Outside that window, or once the service has been used in the billing period, payments are generally not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. We review every request and may refund in other cases at our discretion, such as duplicate charges or billing errors.

4. Chargebacks

If you don't recognise a charge or have a billing problem, please contact us first at support@freeaigirlfriend.ai; we can usually fix it faster than a bank dispute. Accounts linked to a chargeback may be suspended while the dispute is open.
