Is Free AI Girlfriend safe?

Here is a plain account of what we store, what we block and how billing will work, so you can decide for yourself.
Privacy
- You can chat without a name, email or credit card.
- Guest chats are linked to an anonymous ID stored in your browser.
- Clearing your browser's site data disconnects you from those chats on that device.
- You can ask us to delete chats linked to your guest ID by emailing support@freeaigirlfriend.ai.
- We don't sell your information and we don't use advertising trackers.

Content rules
Adult conversation between consenting adults is allowed. These are always blocked, for every user and every character:
- Minors, age-play, or anyone described as under 18. Every character is a fictional adult, 21+.
- Real people, celebrities and deepfake-style likeness.
- Non-consent, including sleeping or incapacitated partners.
- Incest, bestiality, watersports, extreme violence, abduction and snuff.
- Sex under the influence of drugs, alcohol or hypnosis.
- Escort and prostitution scenarios, and polygamy.
- Illegal activity, hate speech and professional medical, legal or financial advice.
How messages are checked
Every user message and every reply is checked by keyword rules and an AI safety classifier before it is shown. Replies are checked while they stream, so prohibited text is never displayed. If the check can't run, the message is blocked. Blocked messages are logged by category so they can be reviewed, and you can report anything to support@freeaigirlfriend.ai. AI labels
Every character and photo is labeled "AI-generated character, not a real person". Photos are generated ahead of time and pass an automated age-estimate check before use. Users can't upload photos or generate images of anyone.
Billing
Payments are not open yet, so you cannot be charged today. When they open, plans will be monthly subscriptions you can cancel anytime, credit packs will be one-time charges, and statements will show freeaigirlfriend.ai. See pricing and the refund policy.
Emotional wellbeing
The companions are fictional characters for entertainment and company. They are not therapists. If you are going through something hard, please reach out to someone you trust or a professional.
